FMF Kids’ Store

Here at Families Moving Forward, we have a huge focus on children. We take pride in our Children’s Services to help break the generational cycle of poverty. We offer youth programming workshops for all ages so our children can gain knowledge, life skills, and new experiences. We also offer one-on-one afterschool tutoring during the school year, called Study Buddies.

When children attend youth programs and Study Buddies, they earn “Dynamic Dollars,” which they can use to buy items in our Kids’ Store. The store is open every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month and is completely donation-based. It is open to all ages, ranging from 6 months to 18 years, so a variety of donations is appreciated.

• Used or gently used toys

• Play guns of any kind (water guns, nerf guns, etc.)

• Slime / slime kits

• Wheeled “vehicles” (bikes, scooters, skate boards, etc.)
