workforce development coordinator

The Workforce Development Coordinator (case manager) is responsible for providing comprehensive case management and employment support services to individuals experiencing homelessness residing in FMF's shelter and former guests enrolled in our Branching Out aftercare program.

Housing stabilization coordinator

The Housing Stabilization Coordinator provides critical support to families exiting shelter into permanent housing. Serving both our Branching OUT (Aftercare) and Rapid Rehousing (RRH) programs, the HSC walks alongside families for up to 12 months, offering personalized case management to promote long-term housing stability, economic self-sufficiency, and connection to community resources. This is an in-person role with both office and field work, including regular home visits and transportation support for families.

Team Associate

Team Associates (TA) are a vital part of the Families Moving Forward organization.  TAs are responsible for assisting with the overall functioning of the emergency shelter, including maintaining a peaceful, safe, supportive, and orderly environment. The position serves families with dependent children (up to 20 households) and includes basic orientation (services, rules, & policies), assistance with basic immediate needs, de-escalating conflict, and being a stable, welcoming presence.

This is a part-time position requiring early morning, weeknight evening, and/or weekend availability.
